A recent focus study conducted by the ABS has shed light on findings related to unexpectedly ripped women staring into mirrors over weight racks, often in black and white.

The groundbreaking new study is truly the first of it’s kind, and the findings certainly are intriguing says social media expert and self-taught fitness guru, Sally Merton. This study found that following multiple quote and motivation type pages on Instagram combined with a sound diet, was just as effective as a rigorous resistance training regime.
